Eine meiner Lieblingsfilmszenen ist die Schlusssequenz von „The Hours„. Es ist zwar eigentlich ein trauriges Ende ist, aber trotzdem ein stimmiger Abschluss für den Film und das Voice-over von Nicole Kidman als Virginia Woolf, unterlegt mit dem wunderschönen Soundtrack von Philip Glass, bewegt mich immer wieder.

Nicole Kidman hat für den Film übrigens einen Oscar gewonnen. Sehr verdient. Noch schöner wäre es gewesen, wenn auch Meryl Streep und Julianne Moore ihn bekommen hätten, denn auch diese beiden sind in dem Film großartig.
